Q. How much will it cost to clean my home?
A. Every home is different; all estimates are custom made to fit the need of each client. Prices depends on the size of your home, number of bathrooms, how often you want the home cleaned, and if you want additional extra services. The best way to obtain an accurate estimate is to fill out our service overview form.
However, we have made the standard of respect and offered you with three types of services Basic, Gold and Premium, check our estimate
Q. Are all visits the same amount and why do you charge a first-time initial cleaning fee?
A. Not all visits cost the same, if you wish to have additional services, the price will vary. Please download our maintenance checklist, there you will find what we considered additional services. Also, we charge a one-time cleaning fee. Generally, it takes additional task to get your home to our standards. Thereafter, we charge a flat rate for subsequent cleaning service. You will receive an estimate for both the initial cleaning and maintenance cleaning. Remember, that if additional services are requested, that fee will vary.
Only the services of our package does not change.
Q. Are you bonded, insured, and licensed?
A. Yes, we are all of the above.
Q. Must I be home when your cleaning staff arrive?
A. This is your option. Most clients decide to give us a copy of their house keys. We safely store the keys in a safety box, and are returned to management at the end of the day. Your trust is very important to us.What happens
Q. What Hapens if the cleaning operative let us down?
A. We provide back-up cleaning operative(s) if your operative is sick or on holiday.
Q. Do you have insurance?
A. We carry insurance coverage for employers’ liability up to £10,000,000 should the operative be injured during the course of their duties. We also carry public liability up to £5,000,000 for loss or damage done by our operative. There is an excess of £500 for each and every claim which the client pay.
Q. Is your staff professional?
A.Yes, our staff has the experience. At the same time, our employees regularly receive adequate training to improve skills and abilities. So to ensure our customers the highest standatr our services.
Q. What method of payments do you accept?
A. Payment methods that prefer a payment on your bank account.
After the service, or regular cleaning service, we issue an invoice (invoice Equipment Recurring every week) from the date of payment.
Q. How do I cancel or reschedule a cleaning?
A. Please call us 48 hours before or whilst taking advantage of the contact fomularza resign from uslugij. If proper notice is not given, you will be charged £75.00 charged.
Q. What do I do with my pets at the time of cleaning?
A. Please let us know of any special accommodation that needs to be arranged when we are cleaning. Although is not a requirement, we prefer that pets be restricted from the areas that are being cleaned. This allows us to clean your home more thoroughly and effectively.
Q. What type of vacuum do use?
A. We are proud to use Miele canister H.E.P.A filtration vacuums. Miele HEPA filter traps 99.9% of particles that are 0.3 micron and size—that is 1/200 the with of strand of human hair. This is especially beneficial for people who suffer from dust allergies; real allergy-relief can be a reality!
Q. Do you offer full refunds if we were unsatisfied with your service?
A. A 48 hour notice in writing via email needs to be sent to R&B Cleaning Service for a full refund. If you have additional questions, please contact the relevant department of our Service Centre.
Q. Do you guarantee a specific time of arrival?
A. Time of arrival will vary within a 3 hour window for clients who are present during services—traffic or accidents can delay the time of arrival
Q. Do you supply all cleaning materials?
Prices do not include packages of our products and cleaning materials such as dusting, microfiber cloths, mops, rags and paper towels, sponges to clean due to health reasons. When these items are not included, these areas are not clear, because the packages do not include these products.
